For our kids we just want to give them a great place to have fun, make friends and be a kid!  We enjoy: 

​​

• Daily - full day of social activities building friendships, social skills, self disciplineGroup games/sports activities, outdoor time, child planned & led activities, Activity center programming like Art & Sensory, Science experiments, Construction and Media, Games room, Table activities

• Weekly use of the community center facilities - Lake Bonavista Community Association has 2 ice rinks - skating areas, 2 indoor gymnasiums, 2 outdoor play spaces, and multipurpose rooms

• Monthly/Seasonal parties, games, guests, family functions and activities, monthly fun lunches

 

 

Fees include -  all special guests, activities, community walks, field trips, PD days, Teachers convention, Spring break / Easter (excluding statutory holidays and winter break), walking/bus transportation to/from area schools - (min registration per school required annually) Renewals - Registration for September begins in January 1 of each year existing families are given first opportunity to register space for the next fall program before new families registrations open on remaining space.

REGISTRATION STEPS

1. CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM:  As always - we accept children from any school that can arrange their own transportation

Classes  (based on current 2023 Govt grants, subsidy is credited from this amount if applicable)

 $515 / Month         Full time Grade 1 - 6     M-F 7 am - 6 pm, includes school breaks except for                                                        statutory holidays and winter break, special days, fun lunches, field trips, gym,                                                          skating,    

​

$149/month             Full time grade 1-6 with grant and max subsidy

     

​

$398 / Month           Full time Kinder - before/ kinder mid day / after care M - F 7 am - 6 pm, includes                                                 school breaks except for statutory holidays and winter break, special days, fun                                                           lunches, field trips, gym, skating,  

​

$132/month             Full time kinder with grant and max subsidy

                   

$297.50 / Month     School Hours Kinder - am/pm/full day kinders school hours                                                                               Bell to bell school hours mid day only (PD days/school closures subject to drop in                                                        fees) 

​

$30/month.                     Transportation

 

Note: Program fees are based on a yearly fee divided into 10 monthly payments for September to June.  Class calendars and handbooks will be available to parents on www.weewonder.ca detailing annual class closures and policies.

3.  PAYMENT OF YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE $50 REGISTRATION FEE  due at time of enrolment  - to hold any space in our program. 

 

4.  SUBSIDY/AFFORDABILITY GRANTS:  All affordability grants in effect as of January 2022 are noted in the pricing noted, in the coming months more may become available for out of school care.  If a change occurs in the grant for any class listed the credit will be applied against the monthly class fee as soon as the course qualifies. Fees are subject to 3% max annual increase as detailed in the federal affordability grant. We recommend all family go to https://www.alberta.ca/child-care-subsidy.aspx to see what they qualify for under the new affordability grant as it evolves.  January 2022 Coverages range from $75-$644 /month. Qualifiction in the Kinders affordability grants require minimum attendance hours that vary by enrolment type.
